Butter Chicken, Chickpea Dosas

Service Description

Butter chicken is said to have been invented at the Moti Mahal restaurant in Delhi (although there is a rival restaurant that claims ownership of the dish!). We'll let them fight it out while we make our own version which is super easy, quick and delicious. We'll also make some chickpea flour 'dosas' - they're more like pancakes but still great for mopping up sauce, instead of or alongside rice.
