Service Description
When we hear the word curry, we tend to think of Indian food, but many different versions of this spicy style of cooking come from all over the world. On this class, we'll be making some lesser-known curries that highlight the regional variations in spicing and ingredients, including a herby Nepalese chicken curry, a fresh and zingy Malaysian Prawn and Pineapple curry, and a vegetarian version of butter chicken, Paneer Makhani. Many of the techniques you'll learn apply to lots of other curries so you will leave armed with the knowledge to be able to push yourself out of your comfort zone with your curry cooking at home. Suitable for anyone aged 16+
