In this class, you'll learn the valuable skill of using a knife safely with precision and speed. From jointing a whole chicken to preparing various cuts of vegetables, you'll gain the confidence and ability to handle any ingredient. Plus, you'll leave with your jointed chicken in a delicious marinade to cook at home, and a tasty salad made from your chopped vegetables. Age 16+
