Service Description
As rice dishes go, you can't get more eye-catching than a black risotto, but this dish is not just about its looks. Rich and deep in flavour, it is the perfect base for all kinds of seafood, such as scallops, baby squid, or even small fillets of fish, sprinkled with a bit of zingy gremolata. Supper Club is about pushing your cooking out of its comfort zone, and this is just one example of the dishes that will do just that.
