Back by popular demand The Global Larder's live online cooking sessions are here to spice up your weeknight meals. With fully tested recipes inspired by exciting ingredients and techniques, we'll once again be taking you on a trip to some far-flung destinations to build your repertoire and push you out of your comfort zone, all from the comfort of your own kitchen. Supper Club 6 will feature another fantastic selection of dishes from Italy, France, Australia, Spain, and India The 5 dishes are Tuesday January 7th 2025 - Halibut or Hake, Samphire, with Roast Pepper, Chorizo and Fino Sauce Tuesday January 14th 2025 - Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Roast Tomato, Avocado, Rocket Tuesday January 21st 2025 - Butter Chicken, Chickpea Dosas Tuesday January 28th 2025 - Risotto Nero, Squid or Scallops, Gremolata Tuesday February 4th 2025 - Medaillons de Porc aux Pruneaux, Rosti If you are unable to make one of the classes, you may nominate somebody else to Zoom in to take your place and access the Zoom recording of the class at a later date.
