Choux & Millefeuille

Service Description
Spend a morning creating a selection of dainty sweet treats for your weekend afternoon tea. We'll be making a layered raspberry millefeuille, 'Dunes Blanches' style classic choux buns from Bordeaux, all to be filled with professional vanilla crème pâtissière. You'll be working in a pair to make the choux and crème pat, and piping and assembling your own buns and millefeuille. Age 16+ Here's what Hiu said about the class... "Had a lovely time with my wife at the Patisserie class. Pete was great at explaining not only the steps for the baking but also the concepts and identifiers behind each one. That was something which made the class even more interesting as well as made us more confident in trying the bakes at home ourselves, which we did the very next weekend!"
