Service Description
Sharpen your culinary skills in this hands-on class, with an expert tutor beside you to improve your technique. In this class, you'll learn the valuable skill of using a knife safely with precision and speed. From jointing a whole chicken to preparing various cuts of vegetables, you'll gain the confidence and ability to handle any ingredient. Plus, you'll leave with your jointed chicken in a delicious marinade to cook at home, and a tasty salad made from your chopped vegetables. Age 16+ Here's what Rory said about the class... "Pete was a great guide, discussing the basics of different knives you might find in a kitchen, through explaining the process of properly sharpening and maintaining your personal armoury, before teaching us some new techniques and giving individual advice along the way to tweak and improve each of our learned bad habits (me and my Dad had many!)."
