Join us in the Global Larder for our Macarons Masterclass and learn the art of creating these delicate French beauties. You'll be guided through the process of making macarons using the more professional Italian meringue method, to be filled with a variety of delicious fillings. Perfect for aspiring bakers of all skill levels, this class offers a hands-on experience that will leave you ready to impress with your newfound baking skills. Due to the technical nature of this class it is always taught in small groups no bigger than 4 in our Redland kitchen. Age 16+ Here's what Sophie had to say about the class... "Pete is informative on the process and creates the most relaxed atmosphere. We stepped through the making of the macarons, and (very successfully) made a lot. During the session we made 4 flavours, strawberry, raspberry, chocolate and lemon. As they can be frozen, we get to enjoy them for much longer and remember our amazing experience!"
