Service Description
Bristol is home to some of the finest pasta restaurants in the UK, and now you can join us to learn the art of making your own fresh pasta and other seasonal Italian dishes. We'll be making fresh pasta from scratch and using the dough to make papardelle and agnolotti. We'll also be making a sausage and fennel seed ragu to go with the papardelle and a beurre monte sauce to go with the agnolotti. Age 16+ Here's what Marilyn wrote in her 5* google review... Pete passes on tips from his wide knowledge of cooking, that even me, a grandmother with years of experience, learnt so much. The location and facilities are excellent."
