Service Description

Bristol is home to some of the finest pasta restaurants in the UK, and now you can join us to learn the art of making your own fresh pasta. You'll learn how to create delicious egg pasta ripiena like ravioli and tortellini, as well as classic shapes made from simple flour/water doughs such as garganelli and orecchiette. You'll also add some sauce recipes to your repertoire, perfect for serving with fresh or dried pasta. Suitable for anyone aged 16+
