Bristol is home to some of the finest pasta restaurants in the UK, and now you can join us to learn the art of making your own fresh pasta. You'll learn how to create delicious egg pasta ripiena, as well as classic shapes made from simple flour/water doughs such as garganelli and orecchiette. Dishes - Roast Cherry Tomato, Mascarpone, Garlic Agnolotti - Pappardelle - Beurre Monte Sauce - Fennel and Sausage Ragu Suitable for anyone aged 16+
