Service Description
Step into The Global Larder and embark on a culinary journey to Iran! Learn how to make aromatic Persian dishes using authentic herbs and spices and traditional ingredients such as barberries. We'll be making Zereshk Polo ba Morgh, a classic Persian chicken dish slow cooked with saffron and barberries, as well as learning how to cook rice the Persian way. Age 16+
