Get ready to embark on a culinary journey through Thailand and Vietnam with our Taste of South East Asia cooking class. Discover the fragrant and fresh flavors of the region as you learn to make a uniquely spiced Massaman curry. Try your hand at Vietnamese spring rolls, and the aromatic soup, tom khai gai. With ingredients like galangal, lemongrass, and fish sauce, this class is sure to take your cooking skills to a whole new level. Here's what Maria said about the class, "I was given the cooking course; ‘ Taste of South East Asia’ by my son. We attended the course together on 21/9/24. It was utterly brilliant. Pete had prepped it all very well, there was a good mix of demonstrations and practical task for the participants. The kitchen at Redmaids was excellent. We took away a delicious meal for our evening meal. Learning to taste and fine tune the dish rather than just following a recipe was great. I (we) will definitely be back. Also very good value!"
