Service Description
Discover the art of filleting fish at The Global Larder Cooking School! Dive into the world of round and flat fish, learning to identify and select the freshest catch from the fishmonger. Master the techniques of filleting and cooking fish fillets, both pan-frying and cooking 'en papillote", as well as making a Sauce Vierge to accompany. There will also be a demonstration and tasting of the classic French mussel dish, Mouclade. Join us for a hands-on class that will elevate your seafood cooking skills to new heights. Dan said, "the course was amazing – I couldn’t believe how much flavour there was in some of the sauces we made and hoping to be able to replicate the dishes next week for practice."
