Master the techniques of filleting and cooking fish fillets, with a focus on serving them with classic meunière and vierge sauces for a truly delicious experience. There will also be a demonstration and tasting of the classic French mussel dish, Mouclade. Join us for a hands-on class that will elevate your seafood cooking skills to new heights.
