Service Description
Sharpen your culinary skills in this hands-on class, with an expert tutor beside you to improve your technique. In this class, you'll learn the valuable skill of using a knife safely with precision and speed. From jointing a whole chicken to preparing various cuts of vegetables, you'll gain the confidence and ability to handle any ingredient. Plus, you'll leave with your jointed chicken in a delicious marinade to cook at home, and a tasty salad made from your chopped vegetables. Age 16+ " It was a great learning experience, very friendly people and a great environment and experienced teacher who works closely to make help you understand the proper techniques for safe and effective cutting. I’ve definitely left the class feeling that i’ve learned a lot and take with me in my everyday cooking."
