Spice up your cooking skills with our vibrant Caribbean Cookery Class! Whether you’re a confident cook or a complete beginner, this fun, hands-on session will transport you straight to the islands with bold flavours, colourful dishes, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Under the guidance of our head teacher Pete, you’ll learn how to prepare authentic Jerk Chicken – marinated to perfection in aromatic spices – alongside the Caribbean classic Rice and Peas, rich with coconut and herbs. You’ll create a fresh, tangy Mango Slaw that bursts with tropical sweetness, and master the art of frying golden, caramelised Plantain for the perfect side. Perfect for individuals, friends, or groups looking for a unique experience, our Caribbean Cookery Class is guaranteed to be a feast for the senses. Come hungry, leave happy – and take a little taste of the tropics with you. Age 16+
