Service Description

Learn the art of sushi making with our hands-on sushi class. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, this class will equip you with the skills to make great sushi at home. You'll be making a variety of sushi rolls to take away for lunch, including rainbow vegetable maki, Californian (surimi and avocado) uramaki (inside out rolls), and prawn and crispy shallot futomaki. Age 16+ "A fantastic morning of making sushi with Pete and a few other dads for Father’s Day. There was a great atmosphere in the kitchen as we watched Pete demonstrate at his workstation and we all then went about following his instructions at our workstations. Must say the teaching kitchen was a great facility, almost as good as the sushi tasted when we got it home for lunch."
