In-person Classes

​

We offer morning and afternoon courses that run for approximately 2 1/2 hours. We think it's nicer for our guests to take their creations home to share with others, so our 2 1/2 hours is pure cooking, not two hours of cooking and half an hour of eating like at so many other cookery schools.

On arrival you will be offered tea or coffee before donning your apron and beginning the class. 

 

Each class features a combination of tutor demonstrations and hands on practical work. For full details of the recipes covered in each class, please see the individual course descriptions.

In order to cover as many recipes as possible in the time, students do a mixture of pair and individual work. This makes the class a very sociable occasion. ​
