ABOUT ME
I’m Pete, an experienced cookery tutor who has spent the past sixteen years working for the likes of Waitrose, The Women's Institute, and Gordon Ramsay, teaching adults and children from 4 to 84 to become better cooks.
During that time I’ve built a solid reputation and a loyal following of returning students from around the country who kept asking me when I was going to set up my own cookery school. So that's exactly what I've done!

Whether you're just starting to cook, a veteran chef or a hobbyist, there is no doubt you can learn something with Pete. It was great fun making 3 unique dishes and I would highly recommend a class to anyone remotely interested in food
Harry, Cannock
Did the knife skills course yesterday with my dad. One of the best cooking classes I've been on. Has certainly improved my knife skills - something I'll use every day. Pete was a great teacher - calm, welcoming, and explained all aspects really clearly.
Hugh, Bristol
I loved this course. Chef Pete treated us all the same whether you were a novice or more experienced. This wasn't just a class on how to put ingredients together but he gave advice and tips on technical skills and the origins of the food.
Scott, Bristol
"Highly organised, confident, huge depth of knowledge, patient and wow, this guy can teach! He makes you feel that you are the most important person in the room. He is interested in you and what you want to achieve.
Christopher Hurrell, Welshpool
"Our tutor on this course, Peter Lien, has received positive recognition from no less an icon than Mary Berry so from a teaching perspective we were in very good hands from start to finish!"
Gareth Davison, London
"You cannot fail to leave a Peter Lien course without feeling totally inspired and confident. He is the most calm and encouraging cookery tutor and his recipes are simply to die for!"
Heather Jobling, Alderley Edge

THE KITCHEN
Having taught in many different kitchens around the country, I am proud to say that our teaching facilities in Bristol are second to none.
With eight dedicated work stations each with its own hob and oven, we can cater for up to 16 students, although we choose to keep our maximum class size at 12.
